Office Assistant:
We are looking for an Office Assistant who excels in a busy team environment to give a positive experience for our patients. If this type of environment appeals to you, this would fit you well!

What the duties are:
- Greeting patients, answering phones and receiving messages
- Preparing and filing medical records/files
- Booking and confirming appointments for multiple practitioners, collecting payment using POS machine
- Screening patients and following COVID protocols
- You will learn about, Spinal X-ray, Spinal Decompression, Shockwave, Ultrasound, Motor Nerve Stimulus and Laser Therapy
- There will also be learning opportunities in regards to diet, nutrition, Active Rehab, Body Composition, cardiovascular and sleep apnea testing
- Managing laundry
Practitioners:
Chiropractor: We are looking for someone who likes to be in a busy environment and collaborate with all team members for a positive experience for our patients. We have Digital X-ray, Decompression, and physio modalities, orthotics, cardiovascular testing, body composition, and sleep apnea testing for you to use. If you are a new grad or an experienced DC, this would fit you well!
Physiotherapist: We are looking for someone who likes to be in a busy environment and collaborate with all team members for a positive experience for our patients. Sports Therapy and Active Rehab all under roof, a great source of referrals. Physio modalities include: Shockwave Therapy, Laser Therapy, Motor Nerve stim, Ultrasound and Spinal Decompression. If you are a new grad or an experienced Physiotherapist this would fit you well!
Naturopathic Doctor: We are looking for someone who likes to be in a busy environment and collaborate with all team members for a positive experience for our patients. Ideal candidates will have Prescription authority and IV certification. Therapeutic ultrasound, and centrifuge for your use and other diagnostic equipment used by other practitioners to collaborate with. If you are a new grad or an experienced Naturopathic Doctor this would fit you well!
Registered Massage Therapist: We are looking for someone who likes to be in a busy environment and collaborate with all team members for a positive experience for our patients. If you are a new grad or an experienced Registered Massage Therapist this would fit you well!
